If you have been approved to put up a show or hold an event at SomArts, and would like your event listed on our website, please send us information about your show or event.

All events will be listed in order, by date.  

Please remember to include the following information:

Event Date
Event Time (if applicable)
Event Description
Images/Pictures
Contact Information

We accept TEXT ONLY email for this account.  Email containing HTML will be rejected by our server.

We update our website the FIRST and THIRD Tuesday of every month.  In order to have your event listed, you MUST have your event information to us 30 DAYS PRIOR to your event start date, or it may not get onto our website.  Please be sure to send FINAL REVISIONS ONLY, as changes are given a lower priority during busy periods.

Image Size:

Your main image should not exceed 500 pixels in width, and 400 pixels in height.  If you are sending multiple images, please indicate which image you would like on our homepage.  All other images will be placed on the detail page of your event.

All images should be in GIF, JPEG, or Adobe Photoshop PSD format.  Our server is set to reject all other types of attachments. 

We will acknowledge receipt of your email within 5 business days.  If you have not heard from us after 5 business days, please call us at 863-1414 x112 to confirm receipt of your email.
