The Hunt for Art Begins with You Art patrons, collectors and artists are gathering at a special Private Preview, just before the kick-off of Open Studios 2002.

The benefit will raise money to support San Francisco Open Studios, Art for Inner City Youth, educational seminars for artists and other ArtSpan programs that promote a thriving visual arts community in the City. Private Preview is an exclusive opportunity for the public to join collectors, patrons and artists to take a first look at the work that will be on exhibit and available for purchase during Open Studios 2002. To entice buyers, anyone purchasing $100 or more receives a $20 discount. Private Preview features a reception in the gallery, exceptional food, musical entertainment and live art performances by Open Studios artists. Jazz maestro Ted Thiele and his trio are playing for the VIP reception, starting at 6PM. Later in the evening the doors will open to the $50 ticket and local favorite DJPwang will entertain with his eclectic music collection.
