"RAICES
Y TRADICIONES FAMILIARES"
Marta Ayala & Camilo Minero
Marta
Ayala Minero is uniquely versatile in her own splendor. Marta has been
painting since she was a little girl in El Salvador, and comes from a
family of talented artists. Her uncle, Camilo Minero is a well known and
respected muralist in El Salvador. Like a diamond in the light, her imagination
and talent shine for all of us to experience through her simple yet powerful
style, bringing forth the enriched culture she proudly represents. Marta
has received many awards including, "Best New Public Art". Aside from
being an artist, she also teaches in her free time to youth and adults
strugling to recover from drug addiction. To her culture, Marta sets an
example of achievement and beauty, to the rest of the world, she stands
strong, enveloped in the many facets that her many talents bring forth.
