This exhibit is a Northern California Artists' response to "Liquid Art," an exhibition of photos of public art in Southern California presented by the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California.

Public comments welcomed before and during the panel, in the form of written comments or drawings on panels in the Bay Gallery.

Please join participating artists: Peter Richards, Shawn Lani, Elaine Arnoux, G. Lee Boerger, Harold Kozloff, Oliver di Cicco, Michael Ohta, Anne Subercaseaux, Rain Ratsep, and others for an exploration of our continuing relationship to the water supply and its environmental use for the State of California.
