     This is a very unique opportunity to work with dalang Sumandhi  who is a master of traditional Balinese music, dance, and choreography, as well as the repertoire and theatrical techniques associated with the wayang kulit or shadow puppet theater, which is regarded as the pinnacle of the arts in Bali.  The workshop will be focused around the story of Arjuna Wiwaha which will be performed as a continuing story during the Gamelan Festival by ShadowLight and 2 other Wayang ensembles. We will learn about the structure of a shadow play, the techniques, and have a lot of hands-on fun.
