Because of all the help and support from all the Kids in the scene, we are proud to announce piNoisepop 9: Asian American Music Festival. The All Ages festival will take place on August 25-27, 2005 at Bindlestiff Studio and SomArts Cultural Center (Main Gallery). The festival is a community-based, all-ages event that brings together bands and independent artists who are among the best of the Asian American underground from around the nation. The event is run entirely by volunteers. This year, the festival was made possible by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. Bindlestiff Studio, in San Francisco's South of Market neighborhood, is the nation's only independent Filipino American theater space.
