SomArts Main Gallery will be presenting "Psyche, Sense and Spirit," an exhibition of paintings by Cheryl Finfrock and Sona Holman from September 7th - 27th, 2006. These expressionistic works relate to dreams and myths, peopled by cellular organisms or strange beings. Both artists work in a similar vein, making visible the imagery of the subconscious through archetypical and glyphic representations. Bold colors and emotional collages characterize the paintings, landscapes of the spirit.
