SomArts Main Gallery will be presenting “Luis Cervantes Retrospective 1923-2005” during the month of November 2006. The exhibition will honor the memory of an artist whose life touched many others, particularly through the projects of the Precita Eyes Mural Center, and as a part of the Galeria de La Raza. The exhibition will feature paintings and drawings by Luis, and homages from other artists who loved and admired him. The exhibition will take place from November 11-29, 2006
