Good Food Goes Underground

Good Food Goes Underground

What: SF Underground Market
When: Friday, April 16, 5-11pm
Cost: Free, of course!

ForageSF founder Iso Rabins believes that a lot of San Franciscans love to cook, garden, and gather, but lack the resources (and the permits) to make the leap to traditional Farmers’ Markets. So four months ago he called some friends together to sell their culinary creations in a Mission living room. His SF Underground Market has mushroomed into a monthly trade show for a new crop of home-schooled foodies. Listen to live music and bring plenty of cash for the wild boar belly buns, Laotian sausages, and locally foraged fruit jams. Come early to avoid lines!
