Caras y Cabezas and Mamá Art Cafe present La Artista Feminina, a three night celebration filled with poetic art, live music, and dance commemorating the works of 40 female artists from La Havana Cuba.
The exhibition features poetry, painting, photography, fashion, and multimedia pieces. The artwork originates from the late 20th century to the present.
Free admission during gallery hours: Friday, November 29, 6–10pm, Saturday, November 29, 4–7:30pm and Sunday, November 30, 2–4:30pm.
Ticketed dance performances by the Man Dance Company will be held on Saturday, November 29, 8-10pm & Sunday, November 30, 5-7pm. Click here for more information about those performances.
There will be special presentations by David Mateo, Ph.d, arts writer and Vice President of the International Association of Arts Critics, for art collectors, cultural producers and curators:
