Warm Clothing Drive for Larkin Street Youth Services: Now–January 26

If you have warm clothes to spare, don’t let anyone take a chance on staying warm this winter. When you visit Get Lucky: The Culture of Chance, now through January 26th, bring spare socks, hats, coats, sweaters, gloves, or any other new or used warm clothing to SOMArts. SF Smiles has installed donation bins in the SOMArts lobby where you can give the gift of warmth to the community of Larkin Street Youth Services.

Every day Larkin Street Youth Services helps hundreds of youth in San Francisco find a safe place to sleep, a warm and nutritious meal and connect with caring adults and the support of their peers. Lakin Street assists all homeless youth, youth at risk of homelessness and youth who are not sure of where they will stay next – from those that leave their homes looking for a safer place to foster kids who have aged out to gay, lesbian and transgender youth.

You can provide the clothes they need to stay warm this winter.
